The summer starts and so does the festival season. Herb-A-Lize It has over the years played at many big festivals all over the place (for example Summerjam in Cologne and Two Sevens Splash in Amsterdam as well as numerous others) to fully entertain the crowd. This year we're going to be all over Europe to spread the vibes, whether in soundsystem tents or on the main stage, we will deliver a perfect showcase of what reggae dancehall is all about.
We are happy to kick off our festival season in Belgium on the 25th of June at the big Afro-Latino Festival (www.afro-latino.be) in Bree in Belgium, before in July we will be on stage at the Oland Roots Festival (www.olandroots.com) in Sandbergen in Sweden on the 15th and at the large Ruhr Reggae Summer (www.ruhr-reggae-summer.de) in Mùlheim an der Ruhr in Germany on the 23rd. The north-west leg of our festival season happens in this July month.
In August we will be in the east and south of Europe, after starting on the 5th at Reggae Geel (www.reggaegeel.com) in Belgium, we will head on the 7th that same weekend to the Sudoeste (www.sudoeste2011.com) festival where we had an unbelievable good time (and so did the massive) last year in Zambujeira do Mar in Portugal. After our return to Poland for the Ostrada Festival (www.ostradareggae.com) on the 13th of August we will close our open air season with a show at Europe's biggest reggaefestival, the Rototom Sunsplash 2011 (www.rototomsunsplash.com/en) in Benicassim in Spain in the last week of August.
